The TLV902x-Q1, part of the same family, comes with an open-drain output that can be pulled up below or beyond the supply voltage, making it suitable for low voltage logic translators. On the other hand, the TLV903x-Q1 features a push-pull output stage capable of sinking and sourcing many milliamps of current, making it ideal for driving LEDs or capacitive loads such as MOSFET gates
