Overview of LM94021BIMG/NOPB

The LM94021BIMG/NOPB is a precision analog output CMOS integrated-circuit temperature sensor designed for use with a supply voltage as low as 1.5V. With a wide temperature range of -50°C to +150°C, this sensor provides an output voltage that is inversely proportional to the measured temperature. Its low supply current makes it suitable for battery-powered systems and general temperature sensing applications. The device also features two logic inputs, Gain Select 1 (GS1) and Gain Select 0 (GS0), which allow users to select the gain of the temperature-to-voltage output transfer function. With four selectable slopes ranging from -5.5 mV/°C to -13.6 mV/°C, the LM94021BIMG/NOPB offers flexibility and precision in temperature measurement. Additionally, the gain-select inputs can be directly tied to VDD or Ground without the need for pull-up or pull-down resistors, simplifying the design and reducing component count. Furthermore, these inputs can be driven by logic signals, enabling the system to optimize the gain during operation or for diagnostics
