The NVMFS5 series is available from onsemi at Xecor. Designed for high-performance power management, the NVMFS5 offers low Rds(on) of 7.5mOhm @ 40A, 10V, high current handling of 16A (Ta), and robust thermal performance with a power dissipation of 3.7W (Ta) and 112W (Tc). Available in a 5-DFN (5x6) (8-SOFL) package, it is ideal for automotive applications, meeting AEC-Q101 qualification standards.
