The LTC7060 is available from Analog Devices at Xecor. Designed for driving two N-Channel MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration, the LTC7060 offers unique symmetric floating gate driver architecture, high noise immunity, and a maximum input voltage of 100V independent of the IC supply voltage. Available in a 12-MSOP-EP package, it is ideal for automotive and industrial power systems, telecommunication power systems, and half-bridge or full-bridge converters.
