The UCC27200DR is a part of the UCC2720x family of high-frequency N-channel MOSFET drivers. It comes with a 120-V bootstrap diode and high-side and low-side drivers with independent inputs, allowing for maximum control flexibility. With this driver, N-channel MOSFET control is possible in various converter applications such as half-bridge, full-bridge, two-switch forward, and active clamp forward converters. The independent control of low-side and high-side gate drivers, matched to 1 ns between turnon and turnoff, ensures precise and accurate performance
