The TPS54622RHLR is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs. It operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 17V and can deliver up to 6A of continuous output current. The device features adjustable output voltage programming, power-good signal, soft-start, and overcurrent and thermal protection.The TPS54622RHLR's switching frequency can be programmed from 200 kHz to 1.2 MHz, allowing for flexibility in designing power supplies with small footprint and high efficiency. It also offers excellent load and line regulation as well as a high efficiency of up to 96%. The converter is designed for a wide range of applications including point-of-load converters, equipment requiring high power density, and industrial, telecommunications, and consumer electronics.
