TD62783APG

The TD62783APG is an octal high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array designed for applications such as LED displays, relays, and stepper motor drivers. It consists of eight NPN Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each pair can handle a maximum load voltage of 50V and a continuous output current of 500mA.The TD62783APG features a high input impedance and a TTL compatible input. It also has built-in clamp diodes for driving inductive loads and protection against flyback voltage.
