The PE42420E-Z is a high performance UltraCMOS® SP4T RF switch designed for a wide range of applications in cellular, wireless infrastructure, and other RF systems. It operates over a frequency range of 5 MHz to 13 GHz, making it suitable for a variety of high frequency signal routing and switching needs. The switch offers low insertion loss of less than 1 dB and high isolation of over 85 dB, ensuring minimal signal degradation and maximum signal integrity in RF systems.The PE42420E-Z features a low control voltage of 2.3V to 3.6V, enabling compatibility with a range of control circuits and simplifying system design. It also offers fast switching speed of 6 ns, allowing for rapid signal routing and seamless operation in dynamic RF systems. The switch is housed in a compact 24-lead 4 x 4 mm QFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
