The HMC900LP5E is a low noise amplifier (LNA) specifically designed for high dynamic range receiver applications. It operates over a frequency range of 1.5 GHz to 8 GHz and features a noise figure as low as 2.2 dB. The LNA offers a gain of 17 dB, making it suitable for a wide range of microwave and RF applications.The HMC900LP5E is housed in a leadless 5x5 mm surface-mount package, making it easy to integrate into existing RF systems. It operates on a single supply voltage from 3.3 V to 5 V and consumes a low supply current of 51 mA, making it ideal for applications where power consumption is a concern.This LNA is designed with a bypass mode to allow for easy integration into systems where both high and low gain modes are required. It also features a shutdown mode to further reduce power consumption when the amplifier is not in use.
