The product 2EDN8524R is a versatile gate driver designed to handle low voltage TTL and 3.3V CMOS signals, while also boasting a wide voltage handling capability of up to +20V and down to -10VDC. This gate driver is equipped with unique features that set it apart from its competitors, such as the ability to handle -10VDC at the input pins to protect against ground bouncing. With each of the two outputs capable of sinking and sourcing a 5A current, the device utilizes a true rail-to-rail output stage with impressively low impedances of 0.7Ω and 0.55Ω to the positive and negative rails, respectively. Additionally, the channel to channel delay matching of 1ns allows for doubling of the source and sink capability up to 10A peak through paralleling of both channels. Whether you opt for the PG-DSO-8-pin, PG-VDSON-8-pin, or PG-TDSSO-8-pin package options, you can expect industry standard pin-outs and various logic input/output configurations to provide flexibility and shorten R&D time
