The 24CW640T-I/ST is a reliable and dependable nonvolatile memory storage solution for consumer and industrial applications. With 64Kbits of Serial EEPROM, it provides 8192 bytes of 8 bits each (8 Kbytes) through an I2C serial interface. This series is optimized for use in various applications where reliable nonvolatile memory storage is essential. Additionally, it allows up to eight devices to share a common I2C bus and operates across a broad voltage range from 1.6V to 5.5V. The programmable Configuration registers within the 24CW Series, including the Write Protection Register and the Hardware Address Register, allow for the modification of certain device behaviors, providing flexibility in usage and customization
