The 24AA044T-I/MS from Microchip Technology Inc. is a 4Kb I2C™ compatible Serial EEPROM with a voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. It boasts a low current design, only requiring 1 mA of standby current and 400 uA of active current. The device is organized as two blocks of 256 x 8-bit memory and features a 2-wire serial interface. Additionally, it has a page write capability for up to 16 bytes of data, making it a versatile option for a variety of applications. With functional address lines, it is possible to connect up to four 24AA044 devices on the same bus, providing up to 16K bits of contiguous EEPROM memory. The device is available in several packaging options including 8-pin PDIP, SOIC (3.90 mm), TSSOP, 2x3 UDFN, and MSOP, offering flexibility for different design requirements
