Calogic, LLC, a privately held company, was formed in March 2001 to purchase certain assets of the former Calogic Corporation located in Fremont, CA, which was owned by Sipex Corporation. Calogic has retained the intellectual property and full rights to the processes of the JFET, DMOS, CMOS and Dielectrically Isolated technologies products.  The company continues to operate out of  the Fremont location and provide the highest quality and most reliable products which have been manufactured, assembled and tested by the Calogic Team over the past 35 years.
