Overview of Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, your role involves providing meticulous and prompt service to each customer. The main tasks include communication via email or phone with customers and suppliers, conducting sales activities, and managing procurement tasks (with potential customer visits occurring several times monthly).
Specific Responsibilities
Developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing ones via email/phone, and providing swift, accurate support and service to customers.
Streamlining business processes to ensure smooth operations.
Conducting customer visits and offering support through a professional data analysis team and market evaluation.
Addressing product-related inquiries from customers, offering high-quality and courteous service.
With responsibility, which will be evaluated not just by company performance and team metrics but also by each employee's work attitude and enthusiasm to drive greater team achievements and foster personal growth.
Offer professional comprehensive supply chain services to the electronics industry channels by a strictly quality control testing procedure.
